My role involved digital design, creating experiences, crafting beautiful, original and well executed work. Having an eye for innovative and well-crafted interface design as well as an understanding for UX and customer journeys. I was responsible for seeing all my design projects through to completion, whilst keeping project stakeholders up to date with progress. Demonstrating experience of workflow management & a clear understanding of the value of ‘best practise’ techniques. I worked on brands like, Loreal, Garnier, Mercedes, Paypal, Lancome, & Buxton.
The initial stages of a CRM campaign for Garnier, showing the brand as a lifestyle not just products. This is reinforced by the choice of imagery, tone of voice and by the hashtag iamgarnier.
A full digital campaign which consisted of two stages. Buxton Water sponsored the London marathon, this consisted of out-of-home and Twitter, from personalised content to GIFs and a live stream of tweets. It was shown all around London from Underground LCD's to Billingsgate, the SE1 tower and Canary Wharf.
Part of the campaign was to tweet a video of yourself doing the Buxton Wave, and they're then put together in a video creating a mexican wave style video. This was then retweeted by Buxton and also shown on the day of the marathon.
This pulled in live tweets of peoples wave videos.
This was designed to be very fast so the user is forced to pause and view the content.
Following the initial email campaign, a Garnier campaign was developed further. This consisted of:
Welcome email - To hero the IAMGARNIER campaign once the user has signed up.
Kick off email - The user is prompted to select either hair care or skin care & directed to a splash page on the Garnier website.
Splash page - Will allow the user to browse either skin or hair care (depending on which option was chosen in the kick off email).
Products email - following on from the user's activity on the splash page, they will receive a follow up email with products based on what they have viewed.

Following the marathon, the Buxton website was in the process of being redesigned - working with a senior designer we completed the website which went live recently.
